The unspecified bird was hand sketched then taken into Photoshop Cs3 to be digitally painted. Everything you see came from the artist's mind.
Pen tool was not used in this piece, nor was a graphic tablet. This piece was created with paint brush, smudge tool, burn tool, dodge tool, and a Logitech mouse. "Black Bird Fly" was inspired by the song "Black Bird" from The Beatles, and took a wapping 3 days to complete. **All Rights are reserved. Any use of "Black Bird Fly" without the artist's (Cristina Marrero) express written permission will lead to prosecution. The piece has been stamped to insure authenticity, and all violators will be prosecuted. ** |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
